As you move between perspectives, see yourself first as tired, relaxed, and desiring change, and then as the other body—radiant, glowing, and emitting the light of vitality, nobility, and gratitude from a new world. Surrender to the processes happening within your body. Feel the beating of your heart, the pulsations of your blood, the vibrations of your cells, while constantly shifting between the bodies to familiarize yourself with their differences.

Infusing Vitality

Imagine filling a vessel from a vast lake of information. Picture taking a bucket of water and pouring it into your old reservoir—drop by drop, a hundred trillion times. Each time, you infuse healing, rejuvenation, and transformation into the luminous being that you truly are. As you transfer into the old body, you might feel frequencies of fear, spasms, or pain. You may even induce these sensations as you enter it.

Creating a Program for Transformation

Now, visualize a program through which, like a funnel, you will pour all the frequencies from the luminous body into your old self. Imagine an infinite pump of frequencies kickstarting your cells, all your organs, and your entire body to be healthy, forever young, and beautiful.
