1. Have you made a definitive choice for a change in your own parallel reality?

Have you acquired the necessary database or did you act “blindly” (because someone said or I read somewhere)? Have you observed others, learned from them, or challenged every unwanted situation, foreign idea, unpleasant state, etc.? Have you used the experience of others, or have you acted as you are accustomed to? Have you read all the books mentioned in this Module? Have you watched the lecture (how many times?) and any other videos related to the topic? Have you added anything beyond what is mentioned in the Module? Have you discovered additional sources to confirm and expand yourself?

2. Have you practiced diligently, did you stop at the difficulties in the beginning, or did you decide to reach the end (because this is your choice)?

Have you engaged your full concentration during the training, have you learned self-discipline in the name of reaching pleasure? In what moods did you fall or rise during practice? Did you recall how you learned to ride a bike, how many times you fell with the desire to achieve the preferred result? How many times did you give up and start over (both for the Module and the bike)? Have you reached the ecstasy of swimming calmly in the waters of your own choice? I choose to make a change and gather data to make it happen.

3. Have you turned this choice of yours into a habit?

Have you explored the moments when this choice brought you pleasure? Have you noticed how you transfer your experience from this habit to all similar states? Have you understood that the initial efforts, stress, and pain have turned into pleasure and passion after a certain number of workouts? Have you started to apply the newly acquired habit to all other challenges that arise in your daily life? If you have reached that point, have you noticed that you are already proud of the new habit? Now ask yourself the question, “From this perspective, isn’t what I discovered anew once again a limitation, has it not become an addiction?” Do you have the desire to continue learning new things, or have you already decided that you will only use this because it is familiar to you, you feel pleasure, and you feel good in its application zone? Have you started to deny and protest against the possibility of changing this choice (focus, result)? If so, you are already dependent, and your choice has become a comfortable comfort zone.

Now it’s time to think about change, to go through the cycle of choice, pleasure, and habit again. As you continue to move along this spiral of life, you will always feel grateful, capable, and happy!
