For the change
YOU ALREADY UNDERSTAND THE PRINCIPLE OF CHANGE. HOWEVER, WE WILL EXAMINE IT AGAIN AT THE END OF MODULE 4 TO ANSWER – ARE YOU FOLLOWING THE PATH OF CHANGE FOR REAL NOW? ARE YOU READY TO MAKE IT YOUR HABIT? HOW ARE YOU APPLYING THE PRINCIPLE IN YOUR DAILY LIFE?
1. Choice
I make a choice to change and recruit a database to make it happen.
2. Pleasure
I make the change myself by training in myself a change of behavior and attitude towards the environment. And I monitor results in it until I achieve my preferred result. It gives me pleasure.
3. Addiction
I apply the results I have achieved for so long that I turn them into a habit (addiction). This addiction leads to an oversaturation of the habit, and the oversaturation itself makes me not notice it (take it for granted). To escape from dependence on one's own achievements, a change is needed - a new focus (choice). Then I come back to point 1.
