1. Have you made a categorical choice to
change your own parallel reality?
Have you acquired the necessary database, or have you acted “blindly” (because someone said or somewhere I’ve read)? Have you observed others, learned from them, or challenged every unwanted situation, foreign idea, unpleasant state, etc.? Have you used the experience of others, or have you acted as you are accustomed? Have you read all the books mentioned in this Module? Have you watched the lecture (how many times?) and any other video related to the topic? Have you added anything beyond what is mentioned in the Module? Have you found additional sources to confirm and unfold yourself?
3. Have you trained hard, did you stop at the difficulties at the beginning, or did you decide to reach the end (because it is your choice)?
Have you included your full concentration during the exercises? Did you learn self-discipline in the name of reaching enjoyment? In what moods did you fall or rise during practice? Did you recall how you learned to ride a bike, how many times you fell with the desire to achieve the preferred result? How many times did you give up and start over (both for the Module and the bike)? Did you reach the ecstasy of swimming calmly in the waters of your own choice? I am making a choice for change and gathering a database for its realization.
3. Have you made this choice a habit?
Have you explored the moments when this choice brought you pleasure? Have you noticed how you transfer your experience from this habit to all similar states? Have you understood that the initial efforts, stress, and pain have turned into pleasure and passion after a certain number of practices? Have you started applying the newly acquired habit to all other challenges that arise in your daily life? If you have reached that point, have you noticed that you already take pride in the new habit? Now, ask yourself the question, “From this perspective, isn’t the new thing I discovered again a limitation, has it become an addiction?”. Do you have the desire to continue learning new things, or have you already decided that you will only use this because it is familiar, brings you pleasure, and you feel good in its application zone? Have you started to deny and resent the possibility of changing this choice (focus, result)? If so, you are already dependent, and your choice has become a comfortable comfort zone.
Now is the time to consider a change to go through the cycle of choice, pleasure, and habit again. As you continue to move along this spiral of life, you will always feel grateful, capable, and happy!
