About Change

It seems like you are familiar with the principle of change. Nevertheless, we will revisit it at the end of Module 3 to answer the following questions: Are you already following the true path of change? Are you ready to make it your habit? How do you apply the principle in your daily life?

1. Choice

I make a choice for a change and gather data for its realization.

2. Enjoyment/Pleasure

I make the change itself by training a change in my behavior and attitude towards the environment. And I monitor results in it until achieving the preferred outcome, which brings me pleasure.

3. Dependency

"The results I achieve are applied for such a long time that I turn them into a habit (dependency). This dependency leads to saturation from the habit, and the saturation itself causes me not to notice it (to take it for granted). To escape from the dependency of my own achievements, a change is necessary - a new focus (choice). Then, I return to point 1.
