1. Have you made a solid choice to change
your own parallel reality?

Did you acquire the necessary database or did you act “blindly” (because someone said or I read somewhere)? Did you observe others, learn from them, or challenge every undesirable situation, foreign idea, unpleasant condition, etc.? Did you use the experience of others or did you act as you are used to? Have you read all the books mentioned in this Module? Have you watched the lecture (how many times?) and any other video concerning the topic? Did you add anything beyond what is listed in the Module? Have you found more sources through which to validate and expand yourself?

2. Did you train hard, did you stop in front of the difficulties at the beginning or did you decide to make it to the finish (because that's your choice)?

Did you turn on your full concentration during training, did you learn self-discipline for the sake of reaching the pleasure? In what moods did you sink or rise while practicing? Did you recall how you learned to ride a bike, how many times you fell with the desire to reach the preferred result? How many times did you give up and start over (for both the Module and the bike)? Have you reached the ecstasy of swimming peacefully in the waters of your own choice? I’m making a choice for change and gathering a database to accomplish it.

3. Have you made this choice your habit?

Have you explored the moments when this choice brought you pleasure? Have you noticed how you transfer your experience of this habit to all similar conditions? Did you realize that the initial effort, stress, and pain have turned into pleasure and passion after a certain number of training sessions? Have you begun to relate your newly acquired habit to all the other challenges that come up in your daily life? If you’ve made it this far, have you noticed that you’re already proud of your new habit? Now ask yourself the question, “Seen from this point of view, isn’t the new thing I’ve discovered a limitation again, hasn’t it become an addiction?“. Do you have the desire to continue learning more new things, or have you already decided that you are only going to use this because it is familiar, you enjoy it and you feel good in its application area? Have you begun to deny and resent the opportunity to change this choice (focus, result)? If so, then you are already addicted and this choice of yours has become a cozy comfort zone.

Now it’s time to think about making a change so you can go back to the cycle of choice, pleasure, and habit. As long as you keep moving along this spiral of life, you will always feel grateful, capable, and happy!
