About Change

You already know the principle of change. However, we will look at it again at the end of Module 2 to answer – are you now truly following the path of change? Are you ready to make it a habit? How do you apply the principle in your daily life?

1. Choice

I am making a choice for change and I am gathering a database to implement it.

2. Pleasure

I make the actual change by training myself to change my behavior and attitude toward the environment. And I monitor the results in it until I achieve my preferred outcome. This brings me pleasure.

3. Addiction

I am applying the results I have achieved for so long that I am turning them into a habit (addiction). This addiction leads to an overload of the habit, and the overload itself causes me not to notice it (to take it for granted). To escape the addiction to my own achievements, a change is required - a new focus (choice). Then I return to point 1.
