Following are examples and guidelines for practical application in the morning.
These are just starting points – unfolding them is completely up to you, your pace, and willingness to explore and change!
We need to wake up earlier (45-90 minutes earlier) – in this interval of an hour-hour and a half the idea is to get up, drink our coffee in peace and/or take a shower; in order to concentrate – what questions do we need to ask about today in order to get results?
This means drawing up a “plan” for all the more important and responsible commitments, that await us, and writing down our preferred outcome.
If we have doubts about the outcome or the event, we need to prepare questions: what should I change about myself and my attitude, to achieve the desired outcome? What are the other alternatives and options if I am not confident in myself?
When I have my answers, it is time to ask myself, am I willing to give up some commitments, aspirations, desires… for the sake of achieving all the others?
After preparing these questions in advance, I put on my headphones and immerse myself in the world of meditation, in the world of the Source, in the energy world. I relax with full concentration on the relevant questions, and within the meditation I am ready to ask these questions in order to receive an answer.
* Following is the daily 21-minute meditation, which I should have familiarized myself with beforehand – how it is done; why I apply the elements in the meditation itself; what answers I am looking for right Here and Now…
