Following are examples for the evening application.
The evening is the time to answer ourselves on how to make conscious choices and how, to be honest.
This is one of the most essential exercises on the path of change!
Take a blank sheet of paper, run a vertical line through it, and about a centimeter from the top of the sheet – a horizontal one. This is the “cross”… A cross where you honestly and impartially record when you have acted rightly and wrongly in conflict situations. The idea of the cross is to record in one column (for example on the left) when you have acted dishonestly, hypocritically, masked and filtered, and in the other (on the right) – when you have been honest, committed, genuine… ?
Honestly – how is the balance between the columns of the Cross going? Make a list of all those times you didn’t keep your choices (when you snapped, got nervous, despaired, or decided you weren’t up for it anymore).
In order to easily recall the events of the day, it is best to record the important moments with a voice recorder (phone, recorder, etc.) and analyze them at the end of the day. Listen to the recordings several times until you see, make sense of, understand the other person’s perspective and your own mistakes!
Answer this question honestly as well. Did you listen to all the recordings of the day or did you skip some? Would you like to hear some of them again? Do you experience pleasure from doing so?
The analyses of the day should also be completed with an evening 21-minute meditation. An immersion in the potential of the Source that you are!
Make a plan for the next day or the next few days, setting out in advance to observe especially those moments where you have “failed”, looking for options to change them.
The plan is about just that – how do I change the moments to change my parallel reality? What you don’t want to happen to you, don’t do to others. Your parallel reality is a mirror reflection of yourself – if you desire gentleness, treat the whole parallel reality with gentleness; if you desire love, treat it with love; if you desire understanding, seek all possible options to get along with everyone.
Once you have come up with this plan, remember – you, only you implement it – things happen not just by wishing, but by putting it into practice…
It is not possible for you to be stressed out or angry, but to seek tenderness in order to feel good. But it is equally impossible to desire change provided you do nothing but have a wonderful sense of the beauty of the world (Love of Everything That Is!). Digging the field requires not a prayer, but a hoe. It won’t happen with wishing – it happens with practical firm action.
