1. Have you made a choice to change your own parallel reality?

Did you make the necessary database or did you act “blindly” (because someone said or I read somewhere)? Did you observe others, learn from them, or challenge every undesirable situation, someone else’s idea, unpleasant condition, etc.? Did you use the experience of others or did you act as you are used to? Did you read all the books, mentioned in this Module? Did you watch the lecture (how many times?) and any other video concerning the topic? Did you add anything beyond what is stated in the Module? Did you find more sources to validate and unfold yourself?

2. Did you train hard, did you stop in front of the difficulties at the beginning or did you decide to go all the way to the finish (because that is your choice)?

Did you turn on your full concentration during training, did you learn self-discipline for the sake of getting to the pleasure? In what moods did you sink or rise during practice? Did you recall how you learned to ride a bike, how many times you fell down with the desire to reach your preferred result? How many times did you give up and start over (for both the Module and the bike)? Have you reached the ecstasy of swimming comfortably in the waters of your own choice? I’m making a choice to change and I’m gathering a database to make it happen.

3. Have you made this choice a habit?

Did you explore the moments when this choice brought you pleasure? Did you notice how you transferred your experience of this habit to all similar states? Did you find that the initial effort, stress, and pain turned into pleasure and passion after a certain number of practice sessions? Have you begun to relate your newly acquired habit to all the other challenges that come up in your daily life? If you have reached that point, have you noticed that you are now proud of the new habit? Now ask yourself the question, “From this perspective, isn’t the new thing I discovered a limitation again, has it become an addiction?”. Do you have the desire to continue learning more new things, or have you already decided that you will only use this because it is familiar, you enjoy it, and it feels good in its zone of application? Have you begun to deny and resent the opportunity to change that choice (focus, outcome)? If so, then you are already addicted and this choice of yours has become a comfort zone.

Now it’s time to think about making a change, to re-circle the cycle of choice, pleasure, and habit. As long as you keep moving along this spiral of life, you will always feel grateful, capable, and happy!

At each step, we remind you about the materials for the Cogitality Academy,
