Take a notebook and a pen.
Choose a topic that really inspires you. It doesn’t matter if we are going to talk about dresses, cars, hairstyles, or spirituality… Turn on your stopwatch and start writing on the topic until you get distracted from concentrating on the topic.
Even the question “How long has it been” is already a digression from the topic. Now, look at the stopwatch. You expect 2, 3, 5 minutes to have passed… Actually, in reality, if you are over-concentrating, 30-40 seconds have passed.
The idea of this exercise is to reach 3-5 to 15 minutes of concentration, which will happen after several days of diligent daily training! In achieving such results, you will have a unique concentration through which you will be able to do your daily tasks and interactions as well as the energy exercises – meditation, regression, asking clear questions, and getting answers with ease.
